Two Solicitors required - Commercial Property
An excellent opportunity has arisen in our extremely busy commercial department for two qualified solicitors with 2/5 years PQE of handling commercial property matters.
They will have full exposure to high quality commercial property work covering the full spectrum of transactions and will work within a team. Experience of working within a similar commercial property department in the areas of planning and banking work would be advantageous.
These positions carries a high degree of responsibility as the successful applicant will be dealing directly with clients on a daily basis and will have the opportunity to rapidly progress through the firm if they demonstrate the right capabilities. Candidates must also have excellent client care skills and be able to operate under pressure. Awareness of developing new business would also be beneficial.

Associate/Partner required - Commercial Property
An excellent opportunity has arisen for an experienced lawyer at Associate level and above to anchor our Glasgow office and develop our practice focusing on commercial property opportunities.
This position carries a high degree of responsibility as the successful applicant will be dealing directly with clients on a daily basis. They will have the chance to create their own role within the firm and could come as part of a team including support lawyers and staff. They will also have autonomy in their Glasgow dealings supported from Edinburgh. If at Partner level our expectation would be that they would come with something of a following although we are realistic in our expectations in this regard.
They will have full exposure to high quality commercial property work and clients covering the full spectrum of transactions and could become a significant player in the firm. Candidates must also have excellent client care skills and be able to operate under pressure.
