Solicitor - Corporate Department
We are currently seeking a corporate lawyer to assist with and where appropriate lead on a broad range of corporate and commercial contract matters mainly with medium and small companies and businesses from their start up, development, reorganisation through to sale/ exit. The post is based in our Edinburgh office, working mainly with Stuart Murray in our Corporate Department.
The role will involve a fair amount of autonomous transactional work and the candidate would need to be involved in supervising and training of a junior assistant.
Skills/Experience
The post would be likely to suit a candidate with a minimum 4 years of relevant experience who can confidently deal with clients. The candidate will need to:
- have a keen business sense
- display sound technical skills
- get along well in a small team and be prepared to be flexible
