He acts for some of Britain's leading retailers, including DSG and Boots. Robin also advises on the acquisition and disposal of investment property, development agreements and the property aspects of corporate transactions.
Robin's recently represented a major client in the Scottish aspects of the re-organisation of a portfolio of properties valued at in excess of £1bn and has also been involved in restructuring the property portfolios of a number of companies following their administration. He advised the RICS in the preparation of the Scottish Code of Practice on Service Charges in Commercial Property.
