Archibald Campbell & Harley's Tourism & Leisure Group consists of a group of lawyers from all disciplines who have a vast experience of dealing with clients in the tourism and leisure industries. We recognise that operators in those industries work in an every changing environment and so our aim is to deal with our clients' legal issues in a straightforward and efficient manner which leaves them free to concentrate on their day to day operations.

- Advise on all planning issues and give guidance on how to obtain the necessary permissions
- Deal with intellectual property work associated with websites, logos and trade names;
- Advise on all employment issues both contentious and non-contentious;
- Act in relation to sales and purchases of businesses by both asset or sale acquisition;
- Advise on franchising, distribution agreements, management and concession arrangements;
- Deal with litigation matters and debt recovery work.
